We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees etc. to guarantee your satisfaction
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully
Shipment Processing Time
All domestic orders are processed within 10 business days. While we make every effort to deliver each international order within 10-15 working days, customs-related delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location, the shipping option selected and the payment method opted for COD orders may attract an additional shipping fee. COD is not available for international orders
Customization requests may require additional time, accompanied by an additional fee.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Cancellations
Once your order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified. A cancellation or modification request may be considered under exceptional circumstances. If the mentioned criteria are matched, please email customerservice@valorejewels.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Failed Deliveries
No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Valore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.
Damages
Valore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition please email customerservice@valorejewels.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your complaint.
International Shipping Policy
Certain products may be restricted for shipping to international destinations due to
regulations or carrier limitations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped
internationally.
