Return, Exchange & Repair Policy

At Valore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand our process regarding returns, exchanges, and store credits.

 

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns. However, if there is an issue with the product due to our error, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

 

Exchange and Store Credit

  • To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the product.
  • In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be added to store credit; shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount

Process for Exchange or Store Credit
  1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@valorejewels.com with subject : “Wrong products received” with your order number and details and proof of the defect
  2. Approval: Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit
  3. Processing: If approved, we will process the exchange or issue store credit to your account within 7 working days
  4. Reverse pickup: First pick will be on us. Subsequent pickups will be payable as per the location and picking up service used. Please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post and reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70) incurred by you for processing such returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Customised or personalised items
  3. Items on sale
  4. Items purchased through a third party

 

Use of Store Credit

Coupon codes cannot be applied to Exchange orders / Credit Notes. In case a credit note is issued, it cannot be redeemed on items on sale unless explicitly mentioned.
Missing items, and wrong orders must be reported immediately after delivery to our
Customer Support Team at customerservice@valorejewels.com. Any report for such cases made after 24 Hrs (After Delivery) will not be entertained.


Repair Policy

  • In case a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged by the customer, Vlore will be happy to repair it for you so that you can cherish is forever
  • A repair fee of ₹1000/- will be charged for domestic orders and $25 will be charged for international orders. This fees is inclusive of repair and shipping charges

Please Note: Repairs are subjective to the design of the particular piece. When a request is raised, our support agents will let you know if the damage is repairable or not. Some pieces may need special repairs, in such cases an additional fee may apply.


Process for Repair

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@valorejewels.com with subject : “Repair required” with your order number and details and pictures of the damage
  2. Approval: Once your repair request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the possibility of repair
  3. Processing: If approved, we will process the repair within 15 working days
  4. Reverse pickup: Pick up of the damaged piece and deliver of the repaired piece in included in the repair fee
